Home:
We source our herbs from over 200 renowned herbs manufacturers and small individual farms in India. Within the country, we procure from 5 popular herbs-producing regions, namely: Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Kashmir, Rajasthan and West Bengal.
After sourcing our herbs directly from farms within hours of harvest, we bring them to our state-of-the-art tea facility in Kolkata, India. The herbs then go through rigorous rounds of cleaning, sorting, quality testing to remove any impurities/dust/foreign particles. Herbs then pass through a final 10+ quality checkpoints for leaf size, aroma, liquor, flavors etc. They are then vacuum-packaged in opaque aluminium-lined bags using sophisticated machinery. These vacuum-bags are then stored in a dehumidified, temperature-controlled warehouse which ensures that the herbs remain fresh and maintain their character. Upon receiving a consumer's order, we further pack the required quantity of herbs in smaller air-sealed packs which are boxed in the retail boxes and then sent over to our own delivery centers located in various parts of India.
All One Herb products have a shelf-life of 2 years from the Date of Packaging.
As of now, we are completely an online store. You can choose and purchase any product from the wide variety available on our website.

After checkout, the customer will go to the payment gateway page where he will fill his card details. Post that he will go to the secured page where he will be asked to fill the 3D secured password. Once he does that, Congratulations notification will be shown to him for the successful payment.

Yes, We do have COD delivery. We charge a small fee of Rs 50/- on COD orders

All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped. Orders once processed cannot be cancelled if shipped. We will refund your money in the same account from which the payment was made and it will reflect in your account statement once the refund is complete.
It takes upto 14 working days to make the refund to your account.
The customer is liable to pay for the shipping for a product being returned.
Depending on the shipping method and destination, domestic shipments take between 3-7 working days. Working days excludes all holidays and weekends.
Unfortunately, we are not offering this service yet. However, you will receive a call before the delivery goes out, and can coordinate with the delivery person for the most suitable time.
No, you cannot open the parcel before the payment is made. You need to make the payment and receive the parcel, after which it can be opened.

No. You need to pay and accept a COD order. To return the order, please check Cancellation & Returns.
